Schedule:

Full-Time and/or Part-Time available (weekends required with 1-2 flexible days during the week)

At Louis M. Martini, we believe that wine is about more than what's in the glass — where you are and who you're with are always part of the enjoyment. Learn more about our dedicated team that’s making our restored winery a Napa Valley destination. Chef Aaron Meneghelli enhances the winery's progressive Californian cuisine with traditions of Northern Italy, working closely with the Martini Estate team to create new offerings and explore the customs of winemaking and food.

Our culinary team is seeking Full or Part-Time seasonal Line Cooks who will support kitchen duties including ingredient preparation, dish plating, and sanitation. Responsibilities also include managing health and safety standards, cleaning dishes, polishing glassware, participating in weekly major cleaning of the restaurant, assisting in opening and closing activities, and supporting food prep for catering events.

Compensation:

  • Set rate listed as $25.75/hr
  • Plus tips!

What You'll Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of basic food service experience
  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Skills in food preparation
  • Ability to read, understand, and execute instructions and communicate effectively in writing
  • Basic arithmetic skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 5% for onboarding, training, and meetings
  • Must be 18 years or older

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Additional 2 years of food service experience with increasing responsibility
  • ServeSafe Certification
  • Basic professional cooking skills
