Qualifications

• 1–2 years of cooking experience preferred.
• Minimum education: High School Diploma.
• Experience in maintaining safe working conditions.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented and able to work independently; takes direction.

Responsibilities

• Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
• Follows standard recipes while preparing items.
• Assists with monthly food/supplies inventory.
• Maintains proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Performs cleaning and sanitation of facilities as directed.
• Assists with product receiving/storage and safety compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
