Job summary

BrightLife Designs LLC is hiring Seasonal Commercial Holiday Lighting & Décor Installers to join our outdoor installation crews in Southern California. From October through mid-January, we install lighting and large-scale décor at shopping centers, airports, showrooms, and other commercial properties.

Reliable, team-focused applicants are welcome; training provided; overtime during peak season. Must have a valid driver’s license for company vehicles and be able to lift 50+ lbs; ready to work

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and punctual during the season.
• Experience in installation is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors.
• Must commute to Huntington Beach warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Install holiday lights and large-scale decor on commercial properties.
• Wrap and install lights on trees, buildings, and structures.
• Work safely from ladders, roofs, and elevated areas.
• Load and unload trucks, ladders, tools, and decor.
• Operate power tools as needed and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with removal and post-season organization.
• Drivers may transport crew to job sites.

BrightLife Designs is hiring Seasonal Commercial Holiday Lighting & Décor Installers!

We are looking for hardworking, dependable, and motivated people to join our team from NOW through mid-January.

Our crews install professional holiday lighting and large-scale décor at shopping centers, airports, showrooms, office buildings, cities, and other commercial properties throughout Southern California.

If you enjoy working outdoors, don't mind physical work, and are comfortable working at heights, we want to hear from you!

Experience Preferred — NOT Required

Previous experience with holiday lighting, electrical, construction, roofing, landscaping, carpentry, tree work, or other installation work is a plus, but NOT required.

We train the right people! We are looking for people who are reliable, willing to learn, work hard, and work well with a team.

Job Duties

• Install holiday lights, wreaths, garland, Christmas trees, and large-scale décor.
• Wrap and install lights on trees, buildings, roofs, and other structures.
• Work safely from ladders, roofs, and elevated work areas.
• Load and unload trucks, ladders, tools, lighting, and décor.
• Operate power tools and equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair lighting and décor when necessary.
• Help with removal, organization, and storage after the holiday season.
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and professional.
• Follow directions from crew leads and management.
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites as needed.

Pay & Schedule

$17.00–$22.00/hour depending on experience
