Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 15-16 years or older.
• Ability to remain alert and continuously monitor the pool area.
• Physically capable of performing rescues and assisting individuals up to 85 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas to ensure patron safety.
• Enforce pool rules and maintain safety.
• Respond to emergencies including water rescues and first aid.
• Maintain required certifications and complete ongoing training.
