Qualifications

• Must be at least 15–16 years of age as per applicable laws.
• Required certifications should be up-to-date and valid.
• Physically capable of performing rescues and swimming.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas for patron safety and prevent accidents.
• Enforce pool rules and maintain a safe swimming environment.
• Perform rescues, first aid, and CPR when necessary.

Skills

Lifeguard certification (American Red Cross or equivalent)

CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer
