A leading aquatics staffing company is seeking seasonal Lifeguards to ensure a safe and welcoming pool environment. Responsibilities include monitoring safety, enforcing rules, and responding to emergencies. The ideal candidate will have a Lifeguard certification and be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays throughout the summer. This position offers training, flexible scheduling options, and a chance to gain valuable experience in the aquatics field.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15–16 years old per applicable laws.
• Ability to remain alert and continuously monitor the pool area.
• Physically capable of performing rescues and assisting distressed individuals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas to ensure safety and prevent accidents.
• Enforce pool rules and maintain a safe swimming environment.
• Recognize and respond to emergencies, including rescues and first aid.
