Job summary

A commercial aquatics provider is seeking seasonal Lifeguards to ensure a safe and welcoming pool environment. As a Lifeguard, your key responsibilities will include monitoring the pool area, enforcing safety rules, and responding to emergencies. You must have current Lifeguard certification and be able to assist individuals in distress. This role requires flexibility in scheduling, especially during weekends and holidays in the summer season. Qualifications

• Current Lifeguard certification and First Aid required.
• Ability to perform rescues and assist individuals up to 85+ lbs.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas to ensure patron safety and prevent accidents.
• Enforce pool rules and maintain a safe swimming environment.
• Respond to emergencies, including water rescues and first aid.

Skills

Lifeguard certification (American Red Cross or equivalent)

CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer

First Aid

Strong communication skills

Customer service experience
