Job summary

A commercial aquatics company is seeking seasonal Lifeguards to maintain a safe and welcoming pool environment. Responsibilities include monitoring the pool for safety, enforcing rules, and responding to emergencies. Candidates must hold current Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications. Strong communication and customer service skills are preferred. Flexible scheduling is a must, especially during weekends and holidays. This is an excellent opportunity to gain first job experience while ensuring community safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 15–16 for lifeguards as per applicable laws.
• Current certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid.
• Ability to remain alert and monitor the pool area continuously.
• Physically fit to assist individuals up to 85+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas for patron safety and enforce rules.
• Respond to emergencies including water rescues and first aid.
• Maintain cleanliness of pool facilities and report safety concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service and complete necessary documentation.
