As a Lifeguard, you will ensure the safety of guests in the pool area by monitoring activities, performing rescues when necessary, and complying with health and safety regulations. Join us in creating memorable vacation experiences for our guests and owners.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and owners warmly.
• Assist during emergencies, providing care and support.
• Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies in the pool area.
• Report accidents, hazards, and suspicious activities to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Red Cross Certification and/or Ellis Training Certification (reimbursement after 30 days).
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Ability to tolerate environmental factors like humidity, cold/heat, dust, and noise.
• Capable of lifting and moving objects up to 25 pounds.
