Tandy Leather Factory is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for our Colorado Springs store during the busy holiday season. The role offers a stable schedule with no early mornings or late nights, paid holidays and PTO, and an employee discount.

A seasonal end date is expected in January 2027, with opportunities to learn leathercraft and grow within a small team. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, explaining products, maintaining inventory, processing orders, and resolving complaints

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in leathercraft, creativity, or hands‑on projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and identify their needs.
• Explain products and services to customers.
• Monitor inventory to ensure products are in stock.
• Enter and process customer orders.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
