Qualifications

• One or more years of experience as a tour guide, instructor, educator, or similar interpretive role.
• Experience facilitating programs, workshops, tours, or public speaking preferred.
• Ability to deliver welcoming, guest-centered experiences for diverse audiences.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and lead seasonal workshops and tours, train volunteers, manage materials and supplies.
• Lead interpretive tours and guided experiences, connect exhibits to the garden story.
• Support exhibit installation and butterfly pavilion operations; assist with volunteer coordination.
