Job Overview:

The Lead Sales Associate provides excellent customer service and supports the General Manager in retail operations to ensure optimal store performance.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with pool and spa care needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Perform open and closing duties, including bank deposits.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, or currently attending high school.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour.
