Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, NY is seeking seasonal experienced Cook 3 to join our kitchen leadership team. You will plan menus, ensure quality, train staff, and uphold health codes while delivering great dining experiences.

This role is $19 per hour. You’ll work evenings and events with weekly pay and access to benefits. Candidates should have at least 2 years in back-of-house foodservice and ability to read prep sheets.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of back-of-house foodservice experience.
• Ability to read prep sheets and recipes.
• Basic math skills to measure ingredients.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Review menus and orders to determine food quantities and portion sizes.
• Keep workstation and equipment clean, stocked, and sanitary.
• Use waste control guidelines and record waste.
• Perform opening, closing, and end-of-day inventory tasks.
