The Arrabelle at Vail Square, a luxury hotel in Vail, is hiring a line cook for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. Located at the base of North America's premier ski resort, this role supports the Executive Chef and maintains high standards of food quality and service.

Starting wage ranges from $22.00/hr to $29.22/hr, with housing available and opportunities for training and advancement. English communication is required, Spanish is a plus, and HACCP principles guide daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Culinary degree or certificate preferred.
• Previous culinary experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to execute and ensure quality service in culinary operations.
• Perform daily back-of-house tasks: prep, station setup, and assist other cooks as needed.
