Hilton is seeking a Seasonal Food and Beverage Supervisor for Hotel del Coronado on Coronado Island. The role focuses on supervising daily restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting a high-performance dining team.

You will mentor staff, contribute to revenue growth through upselling, and uphold health, safety and alcohol regulations while delivering memorable guest experiences at a historic luxury resort.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising daily restaurant operations or hotel dining outlets.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong on-floor leadership and staff mentorship skills.
• Experience with upselling and driving revenue in F&B outlets.
• Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure guest service standards and policies are followed.
• Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction, addressing issues promptly.
• Provide on-the-floor supervision, scheduling support, and team mentorship.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and upselling to boost food & beverage sales.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
