Qualifications

• 2+ years landscape maintenance experience.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Authorization to work in US; valid work Visa or Permanent Residency Card.
• Valid PA Driver’s License and reputable driving record.
• Good verbal & written communications; English required; Spanish preferred.
• Experience operating commercial lawn equipment: mowers, weed whackers, edgers, blowers.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn services: mowing and trimming turf areas.
• Mulching, aerating, weeding, bed & walkway edging.
• Property cleanup: debris and litter removal.
• Seasonal pruning of bushes, shrubs, and small trees.
• Weed control: spraying curb-lines & sidewalks.
• Snow shoveling and spreading ice melt on walkways and lots.
• Topsoil & seed installation; spring and fall cleanup.
• Operate hand tools: shovels, rakes, pruning saws; power tools: mowers, chainsaws, trimmers, blowers.
• Drive trucks or company vehicles to work sites.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and care for equipment.
