We seek hardworking individuals eager to work outdoors and take care of Epic’s landscape as part of the Horticulture team. Responsibilities include assisting with maintenance of gardens, green roofs, orchards, and prairies, as well as mowing, trimming, mulching, watering, weeding, and composting. The work is physically demanding, involving crouching, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Passion for outdoor work is essential. Pay starts at $20/hr.

• Experience with commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work 40 hours/week during the growing season (~April-November).
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
