Responsibilities

• Plant, transplant, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape materials.
• Mow grass, trim hedges, edge walkways, and maintain landscape beds.
• Remove weeds, leaves, trash, and debris from assigned areas.
• Assist with installation of mulch, soil, irrigation systems, and landscape features.
• Load, unload, and transport landscaping materials and equipment.
• Operate lawn mowers, weed trimmers, leaf blowers, shovels, rakes, and other landscaping tools safely.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Work closely with Crew Leads and Supervisors to complete projects on schedule.
• Report safety concerns, equipment issues, or job site hazards promptly.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

Position Overview

As a Seasonal Landscape Laborer, you will assist with the installation, maintenance, and enhancement of commercial and residential landscapes. Responsibilities include planting, mowing, trimming, mulching, irrigation support, debris removal, and general landscape maintenance. Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in various weather conditions.

Schedule

• Full-time seasonal position
• Monday through Friday schedule (may vary by project)
• Start and end times will be assigned by the supervisor
• Overtime and weekend work may be required based on project needs, weather conditions, and operational demands
