Position Details

We are hiring a full-time seasonal administrative team member from May through August at Aqua Pennsylvania, a subsidiary of Essential Utilities. The role supports the administrative staff in the Roaring Creek Division office in Shamokin, PA. The position requires professional and courteous interaction with the public and Aqua team.

Essential Duties

1. Assist with answering incoming calls from customers and vendors.
2. Support operational data collection and organization.
3. Assist with customer account activities, including monitoring the service order system.
4. Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
5. Assist with Accounts Payable duties.
6. Pay Rate: $16.00

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow schedules.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands
