Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. in Rochelle, IL seeks a Seasonal Label Line Equipment Operator (Seasonal Worker I) to safely run palletizer, label, depalletizer and casing machines on 2nd shift. This temporary seasonal role supports production and requires adherence to GMP and OSHA.

Candidates should have basic reading, writing, math; basic computer skills; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Prior experience with production machinery is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong teamwork and communication abilities preferred.
• Prior experience with production or packaging machinery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate palletizer, label, depalletizer and casing machines.
• Monitor labels on cans and report any problems to maintenance.
• Record and submit daily reports and documentation per protocol.
• Perform changeovers and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with OSHA/GMP.
