Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Worker I at our Rochelle, IL facility to operate packaging machinery on the label line during 2nd shift.

This temporary seasonal role supports production through accurate labeling, reporting, and adherence to safety standards and GMP. Candidates should be able to read and write, perform basic math, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining cleanliness and following OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and basic math skills required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience operating production or packaging machinery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate palletizer, label, depalletizer, and casing machines and related components.
• Monitor labeling accuracy and report mechanical issues to maintenance and management.
• Complete daily reports and documentation using standard systems.
• Perform changeovers and maintain a clean, safe work area according to GMP and OSHA standards.
