Job summary

The Dishwasher at Westfield Country Club is responsible for dishwashing, food preparation, and cleaning across club outlets. The role ensures sanitization in line with food safety and the club’s standards, working as part of a team in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Tasks include food prep, serving, cleaning, and customer service across outlets.

Pay starts at $13-15 per hour and is dependent upon experience, skill, and assigned outlet.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in Food and Beverage or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepares work area for daily operations by making sure the designated workstations are properly stocked and sanitized.
• Achieves the high standards of quality, production, cooperation, and service set by the company for our employees, guests and customers.
• Works cooperatively and effectively with peers and leadership to complete team tasks, serve as back-up for other team members as assigned and minimize customer service issues.
• Washes and sanitizes dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Cleans food preparation areas, work surfaces, and dining areas.
• Assists in receiving, checking, and storing food supplies, ingredients, and kitchen inventory. Monitors inventory levels and notify supervisors when supplies need to be replenished.
• Assists in the maintenance and cleaning of the cafeteria and kitchen in compliance with all food safety and Hospitality standards of quality.
• Greets customers courteously, answers questions professionally and accurately and escalates issues to leadership as necessary.
• Works collaboratively with other food service staff, such as cooks, servers, and supervisors, to ensure smooth operations and efficient customer service. Communicates effectively and assists team members as needed.
