Job summary

Audubon Country Club in Naples, FL is seeking a driven part-time Steward for a seasonal position lasting up to 6 months. Training will be provided; ServSafe certification is preferred.

The role supports the kitchen team in a fast-paced hospitality environment with a focus on cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities include cleaning and stocking dishes, maintaining dry storage and walk-in areas, and proper waste disposal.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Must work holidays, weekends, mornings, afternoons, and nights.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of the entire kitchen including dry storage, walk-in cooler, freezers, sweeping and mopping.
• Empties kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage and recycling.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, floors, tables, equipment and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans, washes and sanitizes all dishes, cleans kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.
