Job summary

The Club at the Dunes of Naples, located in Naples, FL, is seeking a driven part-time Dishwasher for a seasonal assignment. You will join Troon Golf, LLC, a global leader in golf and hospitality management, in a fast-paced environment at The Dunes of Naples.

This role offers $19.00 per hour with eligibility for healthcare benefits, retirement plans, and employee meals. Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting and reliable attendance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk‑in cooler, sweeping & mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk‑in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Clean, wash and sanitize all dishes, and clean the kitchen after closing.
• Performs other duties as required
