Job summary

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Ability to communicate in English may be required to perform duties and interact with guests/members.

Responsibilities

• Washes and sanitizes china, glass, silver, and cooking equipment in dish machine or by hand.
• Stocks and rotates incoming food and beverage products.
• Assists in basic food preparation as assigned by the Chef or Food & Beverage Manager.
• Maintains sanitation standards in assigned areas and conducts daily cleaning tasks.
• Alerts supervisor of any equipment breakdowns and follows safe work practices.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance and performs other duties as required.
