Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company's Fork at Point Reyes Station is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support day-to-day culinary operations under the Sous Chef and Culinary Director. You will help with food preparation, station setup, and ensuring kitchen safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Performs food preparation as assigned and scheduled by the Sous Chef or Executive Chef/Culinary Director.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized workspace while upholding food safety standards.
• Assists with organization of all food storage areas to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Supports rotation and management of existing food inventory to minimize waste.
• Works collaboratively across all kitchen tasks, lending a hand wherever needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
