Job summary

Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company invites applications for a Seasonal Hospitality Associate to greet guests and deliver an elevated experience in our marketplace, tastings, and on-farm events during peak season.

As a guest-facing ambassador, you will share farm history and brand values, support cheese tastings, maintain shop presentation, and collaborate with hospitality, culinary, and events teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Retail, hospitality, or specialty food service experience.
• Familiarity with artisan foods or wine.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, polished, and professional guest service in all interactions.
• Lead and support curated cheese tastings with confidence and clarity.
• Communicate product knowledge, farm history, and brand values in an engaging and accurate manner.
• Maintain high standards of retail presentation, organization, and cleanliness.
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate seamlessly with hospitality, culinary, and events teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown as needed.
