Perricone Farms is seeking Seasonal Production Technicians for a fast-paced food manufacturing environment in Florida. You will rotate through production areas such as fruit grading, drumming, blending, and sanitation, with duties including filling drums, packaging, palletization, and line setup.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Shift options cover mornings to late nights November through February, with potential return in the summer.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through key production areas including fruit grading, drumming/filling, blending, and sanitation.
• Filling and emptying 55-gallon drums and packaging.
• Assembling, packing, and stacking product boxes; wrapping pallets for shipment.
• Operate and monitor production machinery; log daily production activities.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas and follow GMP, OSHA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF requirements.
