Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in selecting and purchasing merchandise.
• Enter sales data into POS and obtain signatures.
• Present jewelry from stock and replace items after sale.
• Repair, polish or solder jewelry.
• Use GUESTS program when interacting with guests and handling guest-owned jewelry.
• Provide product information using in-store tools.
• Wrap and box sales for gift presentation.
• Achieve individual KPI metrics and support store KPIs.
• Maintain store presentation and assist with housekeeping.
• Attend required meetings.
• Demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail and organization.
