Job summary

James Avery Artisan Jewelry at The Vineyard location in San Antonio, TX is seeking a guest-focused retail associate to assist guests with merchandise selections and sales, entering data into POS accurately, and presenting jewelry for purchase.

You will maintain excellent communication, multitask in a fast-paced setting, and help meet store KPIs while supporting management with daily tasks and shop upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in selection and purchase of merchandise.
• Enter guest data and sales information into POS and obtain signatures.
• Present jewelry from stock and replace items after sale.
• Perform jewelry repairs, polishing, or soldering as needed.
• Utilize GUESTS program when interacting with guests and when handling guest-owned jewelry.
• Provide product information using in-store tools and training.
• Box and wrap sales for gift presentation.
• Aim to achieve individual KPIs and support store KPIs.
• Assist store management with housekeeping, meetings, and overall store presentation.
• Maintain strong written and verbal communication and high attention to detail.
