Job summary

Ross-Simons Jewelers, a division of Luxury Brand Holdings, is seeking a Seasonal Returns Associate based in Cranston, RI. This role handles jewelry returns, processing credits or exchanges, and ensures adherence to Returns Policies.

Strong data-entry and intermediate computer skills are required, with attention to detail and the ability to follow directions. The position offers Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with optional Saturdays, up to 40 hours per week depending on volume.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate computer and data entry skills are required.
• Must be reliable and dependable.
• Clear and effective communication with supervisory staff.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Process credits and/or exchanges to customer accounts.
• Verify order information matches items being returned and within time limits.
• Inspect returned merchandise for quality and condition.
• Review order notes for relevant return information and execute accordingly.
• Route returned products to appropriate locations.
• Document steps on returns in customer accounts.
• Assist other areas to meet team goals and maintain safety.
