Tiffany & Co. at Old Orchard is seeking a seasonal Operations Professional to support store sales, service, and operational excellence. You will manage order fulfillment, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and repairs/transfers to help meet sales goals.

You will collaborate with Sales Professionals and management to ensure accurate client communications and Tiffany standards. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualificações

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college/university degree or GIA coursework/graduate gemologist.

Responsabilidades

• Execute daily operational tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment and merchandise transfers.
• Monitor, reconcile and report inventory discrepancies using company reports and systems.
• Clean and prepare jewelry, accept and process repairs, and ensure proper handling of merchandise.
• Handle internal and external phone and e-mail correspondence and support client requests.
• Capture client data and partner with Sales Professionals to optimize sales opportunities and service delivery.
