Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to assist the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist in maintaining store inventory. You will help ensure the sales floor is stocked and ready, support proper merchandise flow, and complete documentation promptly while keeping the stock room organized.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to company standards, with a competitive hourly rate and benefit opportunities for seasonal Partners.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify all merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
• Ensure merchandise is prepared for the selling floor and complies with ticketing and signage guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving it to the sales floor per Loss Prevention guidelines.
• Ensure timely and accurate input for all freight information through the appropriate systems.
• Execute RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets or markdowns efficiently per Company policies.
• Maintain UPH targets and a neat, orderly stock room compliant with policies.
• Adhere to local, state laws and Company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication, attitude, and teamwork with customers and teammates.
