Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to support the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist in maintaining accurate stock and smooth flow of merchandise. The role focuses on inbound/outbound inventory, tagging, and ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked for a positive customer experience.

The position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to Loss Prevention standards as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Ability to follow store procedures for tagging, shipping, and receiving.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
• Support in inbound/outbound inventory processes and store replenishment.
• Ensure merchandise is prepared for the selling floor with proper signage.
• Apply EAS tags and input freight information in company systems.
• Execute RTVs, transfers, and markdowns promptly per policy.
• Maintain a neat, organized stock room and comply with safety and LP guidelines.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver a positive customer experience.
