Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to support Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist in maintaining store inventory and ensuring the sales floor is stocked for a positive customer experience.

You will verify deliveries, prepare merchandise for the selling floor, and handle stock room organization while following company policies and safety guidelines. This role emphasizes teamwork and accuracy in inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist in maintaining store inventory control.
• Ensure sales floor is fully stocked with merchandise to promote customer experience and meet sales goals.
• Input freight information accurately through appropriate systems.
• Process RTVs, transfers, and price changes efficiently per company policies.
• Maintain a neat, organized stock room compliant with company and state guidelines.
• Adhere to local, federal, and state laws and company procedures.
