Job summary

Boot Barn in Wichita, Kansas is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to assist the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist in maintaining store inventory accuracy and ensuring the selling floor is stocked. You will support the inflow/outflow of merchandise to promote a positive customer experience and aid replenishment activities.

You will process incoming/outbound inventory, verify deliveries, input freight data, and uphold loss-prevention standards in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
• Ensure merchandise is prepared for the selling floor and complies with ticketing guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving it to the sales floor.
