Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate for a part-time, seasonal position in the United States. The role supports the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist, ensuring the stockroom is organized and the floor is well-stocked to enable a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include processing inventory, verifying deliveries, tagging merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
• Ensure merchandise is prepared for selling floor and complies with ticketing guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving it to the sales floor.
• Input freight information accurately into the systems.
• Execute RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets or markdowns per policy.
• Maintain productivity to meet UPH targets.
• Keep stock room neat and compliant with policies.
• Adhere to local, state laws and Company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
