Job summary

Boot Barn is hiring a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to support Receiving and Inventory Control processes. You will help keep the sales floor stocked and accurate, ensuring smooth flow of merchandise from receiving to shelf.

Responsibilities include processing incoming and outgoing inventory, tagging merchandise, and maintaining an organized stock room. You will collaborate with the RICS and store teammates to uphold company standards and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience with store inventory processes is preferred.
• Ability to maintain organized stock areas and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service culture and support selling through accurate inventory handling.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify deliveries are compliant with company standards and properly stocked.
• Place EAS tags and ensure proper ticketing and signage on merchandise.
• Maintain neat, organized stock rooms while adhering to safety and company policies.
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork with customers and partners.
