Job summary

Boot Barn in Moreno Valley, CA is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to support Receiving and Inventory Control. You will help maintain accurate stock levels, prepare merchandise for the floor, and ensure efficient replenishment while upholding company standards and loss-prevention guidelines.

You will collaborate with store teammates to achieve UPH targets, maintain a clean stock room, and handle inbound/outbound inventory with accuracy, following all state and company policies.

Qualifications

• Maintain accurate inventory through inbound/outbound processes.
• Uphold stock replenishment and floor readiness.
• Support loss prevention and adherence to company guidelines.
• Maintain organized stock room and timely documentation.

Responsibilities

• Foster service and selling culture; build customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify deliveries are compliant with company standards.
• Prepare merchandise for selling floor per guidelines.
• Tag and process merchandise for floor transfer per LP policies.
• Input freight information accurately in systems.
• Execute RTVs, transfers, re-tickets, or markdowns per policy.
• Maintain productivity and meet UPH targets.
• Keep stock room neat and compliant with policies.
• Adhere to local, state and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned; communicate professionally.
