Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate for California stores. You will assist the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist to ensure stock accuracy and keep the sales floor well stocked to support selling goals.

Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound inventory, tagging, data entry, and maintaining a clean, organized stock room while adhering to Loss Prevention guidelines. Teamwork and professionalism are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Foster service and selling culture; build lasting customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify deliveries are compliant and accurate to standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the selling floor per ticketing guidelines.
• Place EAS tags before moving items to the floor per LP guidelines.
• Input freight information timely and accurately in systems.
• Execute RTVs, transfers, re-tickets, or markdowns per policies.
• Maintain productivity by meeting UPH targets.
• Keep stock room neat and compliant with company/state rules.
• Follow all laws and company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate professionalism with customers, teammates, partners and vendors.
