Job summary

Boot Barn seeks a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to support Receiving and Inventory Control activities. You will help maintain stock accuracy, prepare merchandise for the floor, and ensure efficient, compliant processes across inbound and outbound inventory.

You will work to uphold a service-driven selling culture, meet UPH targets, and keep the stock room organized while following company policies and state regulations. This role emphasizes teamwork and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of store inventory control processes and accuracy in handling inbound/outbound stock.
• Ability to maintain stocking levels that promote a positive customer experience and sales goals.
• Familiarity with loss prevention guidelines and proper ticketing/signage procedures.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify all merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
• Ensure all merchandise is prepared for the selling floor and complies with ticketing/signage guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving to the sales floor per Loss Prevention guidelines.
• Input freight information accurately through appropriate systems.
• Execute RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets or markdowns per policy and timing.
• Maintain high productivity by achieving UPH targets.
• Keep the stock room neat and compliant with company/state guidelines.
• Adhere to local, federal and state laws and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork with customers and partners.
