Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate in Brownwood, TX to assist the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist with inventory accuracy and stock replenishment. The role supports ensuring the sales floor is well stocked and merchandising is prepared for customers.

This part-time position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to company procedures, with opportunities for growth and a robust benefits package for seasonal Partners.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
• Ensure merchandise is prepared for the selling floor and complies with ticketing and signage guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving to the sales floor per Loss Prevention guidelines.
• Input freight information accurately into the systems.
• Execute RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets or markdowns per company policies.
• Maintain a neat, organized stock room in compliance with guidelines.
• Adhere to local, state and federal laws and Company policies.
