Job summary

Boot Barn in Texas is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to support the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, stock the floor, and ensure merchandise flow to promote a positive customer experience.

This seasonal, part-time role offers an hourly wage, merchandise discounts, and benefits, with a collaborative team that values service and community. As part of the team, you will work to meet UPH targets, keep stock organized, and adhere

Qualifications

Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
Verify merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
Ensure merchandise is prepared for the selling floor and complies with ticketing and signage guidelines.
Place EAS tags on merchandise and move to sales floor per Loss Prevention guidelines.
Input freight information accurately in the systems.
