Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate in Victorville, CA to support Receiving and Inventory Control. This role ensures accurate inbound/outbound inventory, keeps the stock room organized, and prepares merchandise for the selling floor to enhance customer experience.

The position is part-time with competitive hourly pay ($16.90–$20.00) and benefits. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, reliability, and flexibility to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture to build customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify all merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
• Ensure merchandise is prepared for the selling floor and complies with ticketing and signage guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise and manage inventory flow to the sales floor.
• Ensure timely and accurate input for freight information in systems.
• Execute RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets or markdowns per policies.
• Maintain high productivity with UPH targets.
• Keep the stock room neat and compliant with company/state guidelines.
