Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to assist the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist in maintaining store inventory and ensuring smooth stock flow for a positive customer experience.

You will process inbound/outbound inventory, verify deliveries, tag merchandise, input freight data, and support RTVs/transfers while aiming for efficient stock room operations and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture to build customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify deliveries are compliant and accurate to company standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the selling floor and comply with ticketing guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving to the sales floor.
• Input freight information accurately in the system.
• Execute RTVs, transfers, re-tickets or mark downs efficiently.
• Maintain UPH targets and keep stock room organized.
• Adhere to all laws and company policies; assist management as needed.
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork.
