Grand Canyon Resort Corporation in Peach Springs is seeking a Seasonal Intern to support various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include assisting guests, managing documents, and inventory control, with potential travel required. The Seasonal Internship position at Grand Canyon Resort Corporation is responsible for assisting the department(s) to which they are assigned with various business-relevant duties and tasks. This may include filing, generating and maintaining spreadsheets, PowerPoints, documents, and other electronic and physical administrative items, interacting with and assisting guests and team members, inventory control, technical support, marketing and advertising, hotel and housekeeping administration, property management assistance, F&B administrative tasks, business operations, and other related items. Some travel to various business locations may be required, on occasion.
Primarily high-volume Resort operations, as well as office environment. Must be able to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to stand, sit, bend, type, and walk for extended periods. This position may also occasionally be exposed to harsh elements, including extreme heat, cold, sun, wind, rain, snow. Must be able to conduct themselves professionally and tactfully with co-workers and guests, including during situations where other individuals may be upset or angry. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
