Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Merchandiser Floater to work independently in local retail environments, restocking and organizing Hallmark displays while partnering with store teams. You will manage inventory, ensure timely resets, and support season changes across multiple stores.

This part-time position offers 8–12 hours per week with a pay rate of $12.00–$14.00 per hour, paid training, and voluntary benefits. Availability around holidays and during resets may be required.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel to and between stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: stock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product displays within stores using a handheld device and communicate with supervisors.
• Holiday support: additional days and extended hours around major holidays; may work on holidays and weekends.
• Department resets: assist with fixtures installation and card department resets; be notified ~two weeks in advance.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers across territories.
