Boot Barn seeks Seasonal Sales Partners to deliver an exceptional in-store experience aligned with our Mission, Vision and Values. You will assist customers, develop product knowledge, and process transactions at the POS while supporting merchandising and stock replenishment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or similar roles.
• Ability to learn product details and communicate benefits to customers.
• Experience operating a POS system and handling transactions.
• Willingness to support merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain and achieve goals such as UPT and ADT; capture customer information.
• Be informed about current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and stock replenishment.
• Process merchandise and monitor floor stock; complete sales transactions at POS.
• Collaborate with store leadership to develop skills and improve metrics.
• Adhere to all laws and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate high quality work, attendance and appearance.
