Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; build strong customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and convey features/benefits to customers.
• Aim for goals like UPT and ADT and capture customer data.
• Stay informed about current promotions and ads.
• Keep merchandising standards; assist with floor moves and displays.
• Help process merchandise and replenish stock.
• Process sales transactions accurately at POS and handle cash/media.
• Seek ways to improve skills and store metrics with leadership.
• Follow all laws and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate reliable quality of work, attendance, and appearance.
