Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current BLS at time of hire.
• Florida Nursing License (or Compact).
• Minimum two years in critical care.
• ACLS/NRP/PALS certifications within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care per facility policies.
• Leads and supports the care team; ensures service excellence.
• Communicates with patients, families, and staff; uses basic computer systems.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
